Katie’s Story
Hello my love,
My name is Katie Nicholson and I share my offerings through Matrizan. I’m all about remembering our power by igniting our inner fire.
I offer Private Shamanic Tantra Journeys and I facilitate both the Cacao Dance & Sound Ceremonies and the Brighton Tantric Temple.
I do my work because I’ve been through the mill with all kinds of sexual experiences and issues. This has sent me on an international healing journey for almost a decade. I’ve remembered my power and now help others do the same.
Dance has been my go-to healing modality since I could tap my toes. I have a Grade 6 Distinction in Musical Theatre and I was honoured to be President of the Street Dance Society during my undergraduate studies…
Matrizan began in 2019 with a young-spirited quest for something bigger. I initially voyaged to India do my teacher training in traditional White Tantra. Healing my yoni and empowering my sexuality has drawn me to incorporate Red and Neo-Tantric practices where I work with kundalini and sexual energy.
To develop my coaching skills, I trained in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching at IIN, the world’s largest nutrition school based in New York with lecturers including Deepak Chopra and Christine Northrup. I also studied Fertility Counselling and Hypnotherapy.
Alongside facilitator trainings, I’ve done lots of my own personal development from a 10-day Vipassana retreat to courses with Layla Martin and Sabrina Lynn.
Most recently, the Shamanic path has called my name. I spent three months in Peru apprenticing in shamanic ceremonies with Plant Medicine, Sound Healing, and Energy Work.
And finally, I’m currently studying MSc Psychology whilst working online for my partner’s company, Manhuud, as an Intimacy Coach & Community Guide.
